Timothy Alan Land

Timothy Alan Land, known to family and friends as Tim, passed away on April 8, 2026, in Cottondale, Florida, at the age of 64.

Tim was born on August 1, 1961, in Marianna, Florida. He was a man who appreciated the simple joys of the outdoors and found happiness in the quiet moments spent in nature. In his free time, Tim enjoyed fishing, diving, hunting, and looking for artifacts. These interests were more than pastimes to him. They were part of the way he lived, always with curiosity and a deep appreciation for discovery. 

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Haywood and Frances Land.

He is survived by his siblings, Steve Land and wife, Tonja, Kathy Land, Charlene Land, Joe Land and wife, Pam, Johnny Land and wife, Linda; nephews, Kyle Daniels, Jeremy Land, Justin Land and Melissa Land Irving; cousin, Gary Land; special friends, Jimmy Griffen and Dennis Laramore; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. His family will remember him with love and his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him best.

A private celebration of life service will be at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to the Lambe family at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
