Stephen Scott Evans

Stephen Scott Evans, 56, of Marianna, FL, passed away Wednesday March 3, 2021 at his residence.

Stephen was born April 29, 1964 in Marianna, FL, to the late Talmadge Eugene Evans and Brenda White Evans. Stephen served in the Army National Guard as a Mechanic for nine years. He was then employed with Tri- Delta. Stephen was a devoted Christian and enjoyed searching for arrowheads, trips on the river, snorkeling, and his firearms. 

Stephen was preceded in death by his father, Talmadge Eugene Evans; brothers, John Kenneth Evans and Rodney Evans, grandparents, John Whinston and Ruby Mclain White, William Talmadge Evans and Bonnie Bass Evans.

He is survived by his wife, Rosie Evans; children, Brandon Evans and Cassidy; mother, Brenda White Evans; aunts, Royce White, Sharon Mason, and husband, Joe, Janet Young; nephews, Will Evans and Chris Evans; and grandchildren, Emily Evans and Jaxson Evans.

Graveside Funeral Services will be 2:30 P.M. Friday, March 5, 2021 at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens with Chaplain Brandon Thorne officiating, Marianna Chapel Funeral Home directing. 

Military Honors will be provided by the Army National Guard.
