Maureen (Miller) Pearce

Maureen Pearce age 85 of Bascom, Florida, Mom to Bob and Jim, Grandmother to Jennifer and Alex, Great Grandmother to José, Lilly, Nikki, Olivia, Lucas, and Brian JR died Saturday, May 4, 2019. She was a vivid storyteller, baker of the best chocolate cakes, cooker of southern foods filled with love, and had the best southern accent around. 

Her son Bob crowned her the Queen of Two Egg and it fit. She was a sweet Southern Belle with a side of quick-witted sass. She was truly one of a kind and leaves a huge hole in our hearts and family. The matriarch of the Pearce family is finally at peace. It is our hope that she was welcomed into the unknown by her husband Buck and her beloved siblings Loreen and James.

A Celebration of Life service for Maureen will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 9, 2019 in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to service.
