Mary Ann Meredith

Mary Ann Meredith, age 78, passed from this life to eternal on Thursday, May 2, 2024.

Mary was born in Marianna, FL, on January 30, 1946, and was a lifelong resident of Jackson County. She attended Magnolia School in Marianna, Florida and worked for a short time at Malloy’s Gladiola Farm. Mary was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and spent a lifetime cherishing and taking care of her family. Mary loved her Lord dearly and was a member of the Pentecostal Faith Ministries church in Cottondale. She would spend many hours reading her bible and preparing her heart for ministry and the day she would meet the Lord. She will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Meredith; son, Bruce Michael Meredith; parents, Wilber and Pearly Waldron Coulliette; and brother, Earl Gene Coulliette.

She is survived by her son, Johnny Meredith and wife, Teresa; sisters, Nancy Hollon and Linda Louise Dahl; grandchildren, Cody Meredith (Katrina), Cara Segrest (John), Heidi and Kayla Crutchfield, Nikki Locke (Jeremy), Michael Meredith (Miriam), and Madison Meredith; thirteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be 2 P.M. Monday, May 6, 2024 at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home with Pastor Charles Shopher officiating. Interment will follow in Rocky Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with Marianna Chapel Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
