Malisa Lee (Jones) Woods

Malisa Lee Woods age 48 of Marianna, passed away at Jackson Hospital on Tuesday, March 3, 2020. She was born in Fresno, California on January 7, 1972 and has been a resident of Marianna for the past 16 years.

Malisa loved taking care of her animals, she also enjoyed gardening and art.

She was preceded in death by her father, David Jones and her mother, Camille Ashley.

 Malisa is survived by her husband, Jeff Earnest Woods Jr.; children, Chris Young (Virginia), Meagan Locklar, Jeff Woods, and Emma Woods; siblings, Jason Jones, Deana Jones, Mack Philippi, Steve Philippi, and Deborah Philippi; grandchildren, Camilla Young and Cailyn Young.

 A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at White Pond Baptist Church in Alford with Pastor Mark Fejes officiating.

 Marianna Chapel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
