Karen Peek

Karen Ann Peek, age 69, of Marianna, FL, passed away on Saturday, July 22, 2023 at the Marianna Health and Rehabilitation Center.

Karen was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was born August 31, 1953 in Portsmouth, VA. She worked in Portsmouth at the Maryview Medical Center for many years. Karen loved spending time with her family. She will cherish the time she spent with her son, granddaughters, nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Karen was preceded in death by her mother, Agnes and father, Thomas Davenport; Shane's father, Michael Martin; brother, Marvin Davenport; and sister, Sherry Wharam.

Survivors include her son, Shane and wife, Casey Martin; two granddaughters, Camryn and Kelsey Martin; sister, Linda Sharpe; brother, Jerry Davenport; and her partner in life, Jim.

No services are planned at this time. Memorialization will be by cremation with Marianna Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
