Frances Arlene Barnett, age 81, of Marianna, FL, passed away on Monday, July 19, 2021 peacefully at her residence.

Arlene was born August 24,1939 to the late Richard and Lousie Cooley. Arlene and her husband relocated from Maryland to Jackson County in 1993. Arlene worked as an Office Manager and Broker's Assistant for Century 21 and Sunny South Properties until she retired in November 2019. Arlene loved working in her garden and spending time with family.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, William "Bill" Barnett.

Arlene is survived by her daughter and son in law, Sandi & Eddie Coffelt of Marianna, FL; sons, Jimmy and Bobbie Barnett of Buhl, AL; grandchildren, Daniel Coffelt, Ashley Locklear, Tony Coffelt, Capt. Lindsey Walker, USAF, Theresa and Eric Payne, Clinton James Barnett, Brittany Marple; great grandchildren, Erika and Ezra Coffelt, Zack, Brendon and Aiden Locklear, Michael Chowdhury, Elias Walker, Kaiden Payne; as well as Mariah and Robert Payne

No services are planned at this time. Memorialization will be by cremation with Marianna Chapel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
