Earnest "Earnie" Ray Berbert

Earnest Ray Berbert, affectionately known as Earnie, of Cottondale, Florida passed away October 30, 2025. Earnie was born in Tarpon Springs, Florida on October 7, 1960. 

Earnie was a Navy veteran and loved his country. He was a member  of the Alford Community Organization and active in the distribution of food to those in need. Earnie was loved by many and never met a stranger. His family and anyone that knew him will miss him greatly. 

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Berbert.

Earnie is survived by his mother, Betty Berbert; sister, Theresa Triano; brothers, John, Danny and Tommy Berbert; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Graveside funeral services will be 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida with Marianna Chapel Funeral Home directing. 

Funeral arrangements are entrusted to the Lambe Family at Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
