Donald Jay Evans

Donald Jay Evans age 54 of DeFuniak Springs, Fl passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, September 13, 2020. Donald was born on December 12, 1965 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He has been a resident of DeFuniak for two years moving there from Malone, FL. He was also a former resident of Pompano Beach, FL. Donald enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Flying Wheels Motorcycle Club.

He was preceded in death by his father William W. Evans I, brothers Robert W. Evans, and Lester Matthew Evans, one sister Dolly Evans Konicoff.

Donald is survived by his mother Della E. Evans of Marianna, son Matthew Kolifrath and Hayley Murray of Boca Raton, FL, two brothers Patrick Christopher Evans of Crawfordville, Fl, William Wiley Evans II, two sisters Elizabeth Rae Racaniello of Malone, FL and Bonnie J. Armstrong of Marianna, FL, one granddaughter Juliette Kolifrath.

A Celebration of Life service for Donald will be held at 2:00 PM, on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 2998 Old U.S. Road, Marianna, FL 32446.
