Billy Mack Capps

Billy Mack Capps, age 78, of Marianna, FL passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2025 at Signature Health Care in Marianna, FL.

Billy was born on October 12, 1946 in Kinard, FL to the late Lola and Louis Capps. Billy was the owner and operator of Capps Lawn Care for over 50 years. He will be greatly missed by all who had the honor of knowing him. 

He was preceded in death by his parents and one son, Timothy Smith; brothers, Ray Capps and Jimmy Capps; as well as his sisters, Fay Tipton, Vera Mae Anderson and June MacCardle. 

Billy is survived by his sons, Patrick Shane Capps and wife, Chrissy of Indiana and Charles Lee Thurman of Marianna, FL; brothers, Bobby Capps of Panama City, FL; sisters, JoAnn Goins and husband,  David of Albany, GA as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins all of whom he loved dearly. 

Services will be private and interment will be in the Magnolia Cemetery in Altha, FL with Marianna Chapel Funeral Home directing.
