Dear Mary, Elizabeth, and family, I saw Bill's obituary on JCFLoridan.com late last night. My heart is with you as you prepare for the memorial later this morning and for the days and weeks ahead. Having Bill as a friend was one of the greatest blessings of my life. He was more than a friend. He was also a mentor, a brother, and a role model for me in life and in my federal government service. The wisdom that Bill shared with me on our many walks would fill volumes. Bill was one of the rare "solid rocks" with which God blesses our world. I pray that the Peace of the Lord which surpasses all understanding will be with all of you. Love, Wayne

Prayers and condolences to the Duncan family! So sorry for your loss. Mr. Duncan was a sweet, sweet man. He leaves a great family, blessed with wonderful memories.
