Thomas William McAllister Jr.

Thomas William McAllister Jr. age 68 of Marianna passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 in Dothan, Alabama. He was born on June 12, 1951 in Rhode Island. Tom loved woodworking and fishing. He also enjoyed flying RC Airplanes and was a member of the Chipola RC Aviators Club.

Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas William McAllister Sr. and Leah McAllister; stepson, Allen Drew, and one sister.

He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Lyvonne McAllister of Marianna; children, John Drew of Marianna, Chris Canen and husband Monty of Indiana, Sheila Bennett and husband Michael of Bay County; one brother, George Perry of Bristol; grandchildren, Nichole Lipford and husband Donald, Coty Drew, Kaylah McAllister, Jessica Brown and husband Paul, Kristen Bennett and husband Albert. Tom is also survived numerous great grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, June 24, 2019 in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
