LeRoy Allen Stephens

LeRoy Stephens age 77 of Marianna passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2018. He was born on December 28, 1940 in McPherson, Kansas to the late Henry and Martha Stephens. LeRoy moved to Marianna in 1981, he owned and operated Stephens Machine Shop in Marianna.  He enjoyed gardening, canning, fishing, and working at his shop. LeRoy loved eating breakfast with his friends every morning at Hardee’s.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Dale Stephens and one sister, Virginia Stahly. LeRoy is survived by his children, Craig Stephens and wife Kathy of Queen Creek, Arizona and Sandy Stephens Abell and husband David of Louisville, Kentucky; two sisters, Thelma Holloway of Ottawa, Kansas and Edna Faye Spangler of Hayward, California. LeRoy is also survived by grandchildren, Jessica, David, Adam, Stephanie, Brady, Aaron, and one great-grandchild, Alyssa.

A time of visitation will be held from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home.
