John Hunter Martin Sr.

John Hunter Martin Sr. age 67 of Marianna passed away in Marianna Health and Rehab on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. He was born on March 13, 1952 in Los Angeles, California and was of the Catholic faith. John worked for the Edelbrock Corporation as a supervisor. He was an outdoorsman that enjoyed hunting and fishing.

 John was preceded in death by one brother, Frank H. Martin.

He is survived by his father, John Robert Martin (Deanna McHenry); mother, Mona P. Martin; son, John Hunter Martin Jr.; brother, Jason Hunter Martin (Tami Martin); sisters, Mona M. Martin and Jennifer Martin; grandchildren, John Hunter Martin III and Makayla Martin; nieces and nephews, Justin Smith, Brandi Porter, Forrest Martin, and Kamryn Martin. John is also survived by special friends, Amanda Crawford, Jim and Kathleen Branch.

 Funeral services for John will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 in the Marianna Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Pinecrest Memorial Gardens.
