Donald Wayne Elmore, age 70, passed from this life on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare while surrounded by his loving family. Wayne was born September 21, 1953 in Winter Haven, FL and returned to Malone, FL where he lived most of his life.
